Promise Healthcare – Kenyon Opening September 3
Promise Healthcare is excited to announce the opening of a new clinic, Promise Healthcare – Kenyon, in partnership with the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (C-UPHD).
Located at 201 W. Kenyon Road in Champaign, the new clinic will begin serving patients on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. To start, the clinic will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Comprehensive Services in One Location
Promise Healthcare – Kenyon will provide both medical and behavioral health services, offering convenient, integrated care for individuals and families.

Medical Care: Provided by Marilyn Perez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner

Behavioral Health Care: Provided by Susan Hanson, LCPC, DSW, PEL K-12 and Carin Cohen-Heath, LPC
By combining medical and behavioral health services in a trusted community setting, patients can access the care they need more easily and with better coordination.

Care for Everyone
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Promise Healthcare accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. For patients without insurance, a sliding fee scale is available based on income and family size. Promise Healthcare treats all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.
