Substance Abuse Treatment

At Promise Healthcare, we understand the challenges you face and are here to offer compassionate and evidence-based treatment solutions to help you overcome addiction.

What is Substance Abuse?

Substance abuse, or addiction, is a long-term disease that affects the brain and how a person acts. It makes it hard for someone to stop using things like alcohol, drugs, nicotine, or prescription medicine like opioids, even if it causes problems in their life. People with addiction can't control their desire to use these substances, even when it hurts their health, relationships, or responsibilities.

Our Treatment Programs

Outpatient Services: A type of care that lets people keep doing their normal activities while getting the help they need. This type of treatment works around a person's schedule, making it easier to balance their everyday life with the support they're receiving.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Treatment: A more intensive treatment plan that meets 2 to 3 times per week and usually lasts 8 to 12 weeks. It is often useful for patients stepping down from inpatient treatment and those needing a higher level of support.

Therapy & Counseling: Individual, group, and family therapy are all types of counseling that can help people deal with the emotional and mental challenges of addiction.

Aftercare Support:  Ongoing support to ensure long-term sobriety and a successful return to daily life. Case management to support the successful completion of services.
