Promise Healthcare is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center. The services we provide are essential to our Champaign-Urbana community and we are constantly working to improve and expand upon the services we offer. During the remainder of 2022 and through 2023, we have several key improvements planned to better serve our patients, they include:
We are moving our services provided at Rosecrance on Walnut Street to a bigger location on Neil Street to accommodate service expansion.
We’ve hired two new dentists and a dental hygienist and are ramping up dental services to meet the endless need for dental services for Medicaid and uninsured patients.
We are expanding services at the Urbana School-Based Health Center- we’ve increased counseling hours and will add additional days when a new therapist joins Promise. We will be adding dental services by January.
We continue to enhance our outreach and insurance enrollment services.
As always, we treat all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
